Your website looks fine to you. Google can’t read it. So when someone in Perth types your trade and your suburb, it shows them the business that bothered to explain itself. They call that business. You never hear about it.
A Perth roofer’s main suburb search, in the first month on the site we rebuilt. Fourth before launch. On page one for 11 searches, up from 8. Checked by hand on 22 September 2026.
What the website build covers
A page for every service
Readable by machines
Design you sign off first
Every old address redirected
A baseline, then a report
Before you ask.
No, and be careful with anyone who says yes. Google isn’t theirs to promise. What we put in writing: you approve the design before we build, the site is live within 3 weeks of sign-off or every late week comes off the price, and your positions are measured before launch and reported every month.
Because the old container is usually the ceiling. Your content, proof and reputation come across. The page builder, the plugins and the slow hosting do not. A rebuild is faster to deliver, faster to load, and it is the version of this work we can stand behind.
Not if the move is done properly, and doing it properly is part of the build. Every old URL gets redirected to its new page. This is the step where cheap rebuilds quietly wreck years of rankings, and we show you the map before launch.
Template builders run a few hundred dollars. Local web shops commonly quote $3,000 to $6,000 for a brochure site, and agencies run well into five figures. We give one flat quote for your job before anything starts, locked in writing.
On our standard build, changes come through us and the monthly upkeep covers them, which keeps the site fast and hard to break. If someone in your business genuinely needs to edit pages, tell us and we build on a platform with an editor seat. Either way you own everything.
Five steps. A free check first: we search your trade and suburbs the way a customer does, on Google, on Maps and in AI assistants, and show you who comes up instead of you and why. Then one flat quote in writing. Then the homepage design, which you sign off before any code. Then the build, live within three weeks of sign-off, with every old page redirected, analytics and Search Console connected and every form tested end to end. Then monthly upkeep: positions checked against the baseline, a new page aimed at the next search worth owning, and a report.
Five questions. Will I own the site, the domain and the content outright? Will every page on my current site be redirected so I keep what I rank for? Does each service I sell get its own page? Is structured data for Google included, or extra? And how will I know, month by month, whether the site is doing its job? A clear answer to all five is rarer than it should be.
For a local business they are the same job done properly. The pages, the words on them, the structured data and the redirects are where most of the search work lives, and they are built in from day one rather than bolted on afterwards. The monthly upkeep carries it forward.
