Privacy policy

Flovo (“we”, “us”) is an Australian growth studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect through flovo.com.au and our services, why, and how we handle it. We follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Contact forms: your name, email, website, an optional budget range, and whatever you write in the message.
- The website scan: the web address you type in. Our scanner fetches that site’s public pages to run the read. The scan result is shown to you on screen; we don’t store the result unless you ask us to send you the free audit, in which case we keep the address, the findings summary and your email so we can do that.
- The Flovo Note: your email, if you subscribe.
- Client work: if you engage us, the business information needed to deliver the work (platform logins are handled through each platform’s own access tools, never stored in plain text).
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to send you what you asked for (an audit, the Note), to scope and deliver work, and to invoice. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for anything unrelated to Flovo’s services.
Where it lives
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (hosting, United States). Email subscriptions are held in Klaviyo (email platform, United States). Both are bound by their own privacy commitments; by submitting a form you consent to this overseas handling under APP 8. Our own records live in Australian-controlled business systems.
Cookies and local storage
We don’t run advertising trackers on this site. We use your browser’s local storage for small conveniences (remembering that you closed a popup, or the last address you scanned). The Klaviyo script may set its own identifiers to make email signup work.
Access, correction, deletion
Email hello@flovo.com.au and we’ll show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Unsubscribing from the Note is one click in any email.
Complaints
If you think we’ve mishandled your information, email us first and we’ll fix it fast. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
