Terms of service

These terms cover the use of flovo.com.au and, at a high level, how Flovo engages. Client work is always governed by a signed services agreement and proposal; where those documents and this page differ, the signed documents win.

The website and the free scan

• The website scan reads publicly available signals from the address you provide and reports what it finds. It’s a first look, not a full audit, and it can be wrong where a site hides things from automated readers. Don’t treat it as professional advice on its own.
• Only scan websites you own or are authorised to check.
• Free items (the scan, the free audit, the Note) are provided as-is and don’t create a client relationship on their own.

Engagements

• Fixed quotes. Work is quoted flat and in writing before it starts. The quoted number doesn’t move unless the scope does, and any scope change is agreed in writing first.
• Written guarantees. Each offer carries its guarantee in writing in the proposal. What’s written there is what we honour.
• Your materials. You warrant you have the rights to the content, branding and assets you give us to use.
• Ownership. On full payment, the deliverables built for you are yours. Flovo’s pre-existing tools, templates and know-how stay Flovo’s.
• Showcase. We may show completed work and your logo in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law lets us limit our liability, it’s capped at the amount you paid for the service in question, and never covers indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
