For most small to mid size stores, yes, three weeks from the day you sign off the design. A very large catalogue takes longer, and we scope that honestly up front.
In Australia, freelancers commonly quote $2,000 to $8,000 and agencies $10,000 to $30,000 or more. We give one flat fee for the whole build, quoted before anything starts and locked in writing.
Our fee covers our work. Your Shopify plan and domain are yours, as they would be anywhere. If your design genuinely needs a paid theme or app, it appears as a named line before you sign off, at cost.
