For most small-to-mid stores, yes, three weeks from the day you sign off the design. A very large catalogue takes longer, and we’d scope that honestly up front rather than promise something we can’t hit.
One flat fee for the whole build, quoted on the call and locked in writing before anything starts. A standard store comes in at a fraction of what agencies quote for the same build. A big catalogue, a platform migration or a wholesale setup gets its own flat price, agreed in full up front. You’ll never meet a surprise number.
That’s fine. We can build around what you have or sort the basics so the store feels considered. We cover exactly what you’ve got on the build call.
No catch, a filter. We only take two builds a month, so we’d rather show you the design direction up front than sell you with adjectives. After the call, if your store’s a fit, we design your new homepage and walk you through it live. Love it, and we build the rest. Don’t, and you’ve spent nothing but the call. The working files stay ours until a build is signed, that’s the only fine print.
Our fee covers all of our work. Your Shopify subscription and domain are yours, like they would be anywhere. Most builds need nothing else. If your design genuinely calls for a premium theme licence or a paid app, it shows up as a named line in the design proposal before you sign off, at cost, no markup, and it’s yours forever. You’ll never meet a cost after approving the design.
